KTCHN Music provides piano, vocal
composition, and production instruction through private lessons and workshops.
How much do Lessons Cost?
Lessons are offered on a sliding scale in an effort to create equitable access to quality music education. Multi-lesson packages are also offered. Please get in touch for a quote and free consultation.
How does the Sliding Scale work?
The sliding scale works by creating an opportunity for those able to afford services at a higher price point to contribute to quality music education for those without the resources to pay full price of sessions. The sliding scale allows people of all backgrounds and incomes to access the same great services.
Proof of income is not requested as it can often be more invasive than informative. Low-cost and free options are available to all, as space allows, with priority for Detroiters and people from marginalized backgrounds. For rates, packages and any questions or concerns please get in touch.
What about Workshops?
KTCHN Music offers vocal workshops, jam sessions, music and movement workshops, and more. All public workshops will be posted on website and via instagram @KTCHNcooks.
